Overview

A large erect growing shrub, with rounded softly hairy leaves and clusters of large sweetly fragrant golden-yellow broad petalled flowers from December to March. Green foliage turns yellow in autumn.

Position: Requires a cool, moist but well drained neutral to acid soil in partial shade.

Pruning: No regular pruning necessary. Any diseased, damaged, congested or crossing shoots. Shoots that are growing in unwanted directions can also be pruned out late winter or early spring.
