Overview

An outstanding deciduous winter flowering shrub. Golden yellow flowers suffused with red at the base to midway, overall looking Orange. Flowering between December and March. Excellent autumn colour.

Position: Requires a cool, moist but well drained neutral to acid soil in partial shade.

Pruning: No regular pruning necessary. Any diseased, damaged, congested or crossing shoots. Shoots that are growing in unwanted directions can also be pruned out late winter or early spring.
