Experienced Horticulturist/ Grower- Full Time
Experienced Grower / Horticulturist
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Horticulturist / Grower to provide essential support to our nursery team, working predominantly with our internationally renowned hellebore production and breeding programme. This role involves a wide range of daily tasks, including (but not limited to) plant production and husbandry, plant breeding work and record keeping, as well as maintaining retail and sales areas.
The ideal candidate will have strong horticultural knowledge and commercial experience, excellent attention to detail, physically fit due to the work involved and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You should be confident using computers and comfortable assisting customers both in person and over the telephone.
Job Details:
- Full-time position (five days)
- Weekend work required (must include Saturdays)
- Own transport essential due to rural location
