It is quick, easy and secure. Shop for plants, gifts or garden essentials.

Call us Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm, on 01384 401996.
Online Shop:
You will automatically receive an order confirmation and a notification when your order has been despatched.
If you have provided an email address the courier will notify you of a delivery date and approximate delivery time.
Please allow from 3 to 7 working days for the processing of all online orders. For urgent requests please contact us by telephone on 01384 401996 and we will do our best to help you.
Orders by Telephone:
We will check availability and we will confirm acceptance of your order at the time of ordering.
If you have provided an email address the courier will notify you of a delivery date and approximate delivery time.
Online Shop:
Secure online payment via secure online payment gateways, either Stripe or PayPal.
Please note that you don’t have to have an account with Stripe or PayPal in order to pay with your credit or debit card.
Orders by Telephone:
For orders by telephone, payment is by credit or debit card. All are accepted for telephone orders, apart from American Express and JCB cards. Telephone orders are processed securely via our PCI Compliant EPOS system.
We are sorry but we do not accept cheques or bank tranfers.
If your order is for a gift add a special greeting at no extra cost. Simply let us know your greeting and the date you would like the recipient to receive the item by and we will do our best to make your gift extra special. Add your request to the customer comments box at the checkout or when placing your order over the telephone with our Ashwood Team.
