Jeffersonia dubia is a charming low-growing woodland plant, native to China and Korea, which is ideal for a partially shaded rock garden or border. Give it dappled shade and a moist but well-drained alkaline to neutral soil with plenty of leaf mould added.It mixes well with other woodland spring plants such as hellebores, trillium, epimedium and cyclamen.
