Overview
‘Grand Slam’ is an orange ‘double’ Primula auricula.
Double auriculas are similar to the original garden auricula. They have many rows of intricate petals that should be smooth, unnotched and brightly coloured. There is no farina (white meal) on the flower so it can be grown outside. We advise that specially selected named double Primula auriculas are best grown in pots in a cold greenhouse, but they can also be successfully grown in the garden. See our growing guide below for more information.
Please note: although we securely package each individual plant, due to their fragile nature we cannot guarantee flower stems will not be broken during transit. This does not affect the future growth of the plant.
