Overview
A charming hardy hybrid from the Heuger Gold Collection, forming an evergreen compact bushy plant with attractive, blue-grey foliage and red stems. It produces a profusion of creamy-white flowers, held in clusters, in late Winter and early Spring: these become suffused with green, peach and rose with age.
An interspecies hybrid (H. niger and H. sternii) from Germany, combining the best characteristics of its parents.
Position: These prefer a sunny position or a sheltered position in light shade with a rich, moist free draining soil.
Cultural advice:Â In late Spring, remove old faded flower stems and all old foliage to encourage next year’s new growth.
Full cultural instructions are sent with every order.
