Crataegus laevigata ‘Rosea Flore Plena’ bears a profusion of small, double pink flowers borne in clusters during May. A highly ornamental and robust thorn making an ideal garden specimen suitable for all situations.
Position:Â Suitable for most soil types and positions although they will tolerate shade for the best performance plant in full sun.
Pruning: Thin some of the branches to encourage new growth up to a quarter of the branches can removed each year. It is advisable to carry this out during the summer as it will cut down on any risk of disease entering the pruning cuts.
