Cyclamen
Cyclamen are a long-established Ashwood speciality and are plants of great charm and value in the garden. Â The Autumn-flowering species are a welcome seasonal highlight, while the Winter and Spring flowering cyclamen are delightful companions for hellebores, snowdrops and other spring flowering bulbs. All have exquisite flowers, often with quite distinct fragrances and, even when not in flower, the beautiful foliage provides lasting interest.
We offer an extensive selection of species and cultivars, all raised here on the nursery from our own collected seed. Our impressive record of Gold Medals awarded at the RHS London Flower Shows is a testament to the quality of our plants.
If you are able to visit us, we feel sure that you will be impressed with the inspirational displays in our sales greenhouse, where you can select your plants for purchase. The cyclamen house, where we raise our cyclamen, is a wonderful sight in Autumn and early Spring when many of our stock plants are in flower.
Alternatively, if you visit on ‘John’s Garden’ Open Days in Autumn,Winter or early Spring, you will see how the nursery owner John Massey has used cyclamen in his own garden to stunning effect.
