Pinus wallichiana 'Zebrina' Himalayan Pine

A particularly striking variegated variety that is a beautiful form of the Himalayan pine.
The needles are thin, soft to the touch and approximately 10cm (4ins)in length
During the Winter, a band of yellow forms around each blue-green needle.
Cones will appear on young trees, they are pale brown in colour and cylindrical-oval in shape being approximately 15-25cm (6-10ins) in length.
The bark is particularly smooth and dark grey when the tree is young.
Height 8-10ft x4ft (3m x1.2m) approx in 10 years.
