Pinus mugo 'Humpy' is one of the best Pinus mugo varieties available. Short dark green needles and a low spreading habit, taking on a dense, rounded shape, give this delightful little conifer a well-furnished look. Long brown buds tipped with white resin in winter makes this a very choice pine. Height 45 x 60cm (18 x 2ft) in 10 years. Ideally suited to exposed planting sites, dislikes shade and prefers free draining soil.
