Picea pungens 'Blue Trinket' Colorado spruce

Picea pungens 'Blue Trinket' is a lovely variety of blue spruce.
Evergreen, it forms a broadly pyramidal shape and has an unusual layered branching habit with bright blue needles.
New foliage appears silvery blue in Spring.The needles remain blue throughout the Winter months.
Hardy, it is suitable for most soils although it does require full sun.
It can be pruned to keep a nice shape however, only trim back the new growwth from the current season.
Height 4ft x 3ft ( 120cm x 90cm ) in 10 years
