A dwarf variety with many rounded mopheads best grown as a blue in acid soil.

Position:Ā They perform best when given a shady, cool moist root run and a sheltered aspect.Ā For the best clear blue blooms plant in acid soil and encorporate hydrangea colourant.

Maintenance:Ā Mophead hydrangeas require little pruning, simply thin out old stems and remove the dead flowers to a pair of plump green buds in late spring.
