Overview
An outstanding form with deep pinky- red flower buds opening to deliciously fragrant shell pink flowers in May. A superb deciduous shrub of medium size that has the added bonus of good autumn colour.
Position: Plant in full sun or partial shade. Performs best in a sunny position and with space to develop into a specimen shrub. Tolerant of most soil types but happiest in a free-draining humus-rich soil.
Pruning: Need little or no pruning, light pruning or the removal of dead or damage growth can be carried out in mid spring.
Please note these plants are field grown and potted. Please call our shrub team for care advice where needed.
