Overview
An upright grower that produces firm sweet and subtle acidic flavoured berries. These are medium sized powder blue that ripen from July to early August. Good eaten fresh and suitable for cooking and freezing. Attractive yellow Autumn colour gives way to bright yellow stems in winter.
To ensure pollination plant more than one variety.
Little pruning is required, however any dead wood should be removed and after some years the very old wood should be removed.Requires ericaceous soil. Can be grown in containers using peat based ericaceous compost.
