Trollius ‘Golden Queen’ is an excellent subject for a moist border or poolside planting, Bright orange flowers with yellow centres are produced in late Spring to early Summer above deeply divided mid-green leaves.

A deep, heavy, fertile soil which does not dry out is essential for success. To help prevent the roots from drying out apply a thick mulch layer around the base of the plant in early Spring.
