Overview
A lovely dense compact shrub, prolific in bloom and delightfully fragrant. Masses of lilac flowers, held in panicles during May and June. Attractive rounded leaves of velvety dark green.
Position: Tolerant of most soils and positions, but best in a good loam in a sunny position.
Pruning: No routine pruning necessary although any diseased, damaged, congested or crossing shoots can be removed imediately after flowering.
