A small tree with green leaves that turn orange and yellow in the autumn. Pale pink flowers followed by white marble like fruits.
Sorbus cashmiriana is a beautiful, small tree with pinnate leaves and soft pink flowers appearing in May. Bright white, persistent fruits follow. Â
Position:Â Suitable for a wide range of soil types, but for the best results and leaf colour plant on chalky soil in full sun or light shade.
Pruning: Thin some of the branches to encourage new growth up to a quarter of the branches can removed each year. It is advisable to carry this out during the summer as it will cut down on any risk of disease entering the pruning cuts.
