To enjoy the best flavour, pick the leaves before the plant begin to flower. They can be used fresh, or dried and stored in an airtight container.

Planting: Best grown in a rich, moist, fertile soil in full sun. Water thoroughly, before planting approx 70cm (28ins) apart. Keep moist until established.
