An excellent choice for ground cover that is beneficial to bees and butterflies. Unusual flower heads produce purple flowers from June to September. Can grow and flower in meadows that are cut regularly.
All wildflowers are grown from seed on site. Seed is collected from the Wildlife Meadow here at Ashwood Nurseries when possible or from British suppliers.
Wildflowers are best planted in the spring or autumn when possible but can be planted in the summer if water can be provided.
