Overview
An aromatic herbaceous perennial of grasslands and gardens in borders or containers. Known in the kitchen as Oregano. Pink flowers produced in June to September are highly attractive to butterflies and bees. Best in a sunny well drained position in neutral to alkaline soils.

All wildflowers are grown from seed on site. Seed is collected from the Wildlife Meadow here at Ashwood Nurseries when possible or from British suppliers.
Wildflowers are best planted in the spring or autumn when possible but can be planted in the summer if water can be provided.
