A striking tall garden-worthy perennial suitable for damp areas with spikes of purple flowers from mid to late summer. Excellent nectar source for bees. Ideal next to a pond.

All wildflowers are grown from seed on site. Seed is collected from the Wildlife Meadow here at Ashwood Nurseries when possible or from British suppliers.

Wildflowers are best planted in the spring or autumn when possible but can be planted in the summer if water can be provided.
