Overview
Luxury Lawn is a traditional mixture designed to be fine and dense and suited to being mown short. To help these slower establishing grasses they are coated in SeedBooster®, and innovative two in one seed coating of fast and slow release fertiliser helping the seed to germinate sooner and establish faster.

When to sow
Lawn seed may be sown when the soil temperature is between 10°C and 18°C. Ideally weather conditions should be mild and frost free.
How to sow
- Prepare Soil:Â For new lawns and patches remove weeds and any debris, dig soil to a depth of 15cm to 25cm and rake level. If renovating an existing lawn mow it closely and scarify vigorously to expose the soil.
- Sowing: Shake the carton to mix the seed, using the built in applicator scatter the seed evenly at 35g/m² for new lawns and 20g/m² for renovating an existing lawn. Rake lightly and firm seed in by treading or light rolling. Water regularly with a fine spray, daily in warmer conditions.
- Mowing and Aftercare:Â In perfect conditions new grass will emerge in as little as 4 days, 7 days to 10 days when it is cooler. First cut at 5cm to 8cm to ensure you only remove one third of the new growth. Occasionally feed the lawn to ensure healthy grass.
