Overview
A deciduous, compact, rounded shrub with large, deeply-lobed mid-green leaves turning deep red and purple in autumn. Large, upright flower panicles are borne over a long period from mid summer. White flowers which turn pink with age.
Conical flowerheads from Summer into Autumn with white ray florets surronding small, greenish fertile flowers..
Position:Â Very frost hardy but needs a sunny sheltered position to perform well and provide excellent autumn interest.
Maintenance:Â No pruning required just simply remove the dead flowers in late spring.
