Early Sensation ‘Bulk’ is prized for its early flowering, large conical panicles of white ray florets, flushing deep pink with age and creating a bicoloured effect as new flowers emerge.

Position: Will grow happily in full sun and colder areas where other types of hydrangeas do not thrive, although avoid windy sites.

Maintenance: This woody hydrangea flowers on new wood and therefore is best hard pruned in spring to achieve maximum sized blooms. Alternatively, leave unpruned to form a small naturally multi-stemmed tree hydrangea witrh smaller blooms.
