Overview

A medium sized deciduous shrub with delicate mophead blooms streaked with pink and white, when grown in neutral to alkaline soils. Flowers in summer and can change to mauve/blue on acidic soils.May or may not be in flower when delivered.

This bold bicoloured hydrangea produces bright pink mophead blooms each with petal edged in white for added definition. 

Position: They perform best when given a shady, cool moist root run and a sheltered aspect. 

Maintenance: Mophead hydrangeas require little pruning, simply thin out old stems and remove the dead flowers to a pair of plump green buds in late spring.
