A dwarfer variety with many rounded mopheads, best grown as a blue in acid soil.
Position:Â They perform best when given a shady, cool moist root run and a sheltered aspect. For the best blue blooms plant in acid soil and encorporate hydrangea colourant.Â
Maintenance:Â Mophead hydrangeas require little pruning, simply thin out old stems and remove the dead flowers to a pair of plump green buds in late spring.
