Overview
Thyme is one of the oldest and best loved herbs in cultivation. Its delicious flavour adds a unique accent to many recipes, and its the perfect seasoning for pork dishes. Ideal for beds and containers alike. A great herb for pork dishes.
Best to pick leaves and stems as required. They are best used fresh and can be kept in an airtight bag in the fridge for up to a week.
Best grown in a light dry soil in a bright and sunny position.
Planting: water thoroughly, before planting approx 30cm (12ins) apart. Keep moist until established.
