Overview
This is a much sought after variety ith attractive grey foliage, white flowers, and a sensational fragrance. Lavender is famous for its soothing, calming properties and can be dried for use in pot pourri.
Pick flowers as they appear, to enjoy their colour and scent at its best. Lavender flowers can be successfully dried in the sun and used in sachets and pot pourri.
Best grown in a rich, moist fertile soil in full sun with good drainage. Best in a sheltered spot.
Planting: water thoroughly, before planting approx 60cm (24ins) apart. Keep moist until established, and water generously during dry spells.
