Overview
A new cross between H. x schlyteri ‘The Bride’ and H. japonica var. pubescens. Beautiful large white flowers with a pink edging and dark pistils, the picotee flowers grow larger as they age, faintly marbled foliage. Ideal in the alpine house, but well worth trying in the rock garden.
A new cross between H. x schlyteri ‘The Bride’ and H. japonica var. pubescens. Beautiful large white flowers with a pink edging and dark pistils, the picotee flowers grow larger as they age, faintly marbled foliage. A few plants only for sale, as yet untried in the open garden, so we recommend it is grown in clay pots in the protected environment of an alpine house or poly-tunnel. A superb new hybrid for the hepatica enthusiast.
