Overview
A slow growing plant suitable for a medium sized formal hedge. Suitable for most soils except waterlogged areas. Variegated foliage with white spring flowers. Harmful if eaten.
A bundle of 5 plants potted for convenience.
Good soil preparation is the key to a good start. Dig a trench 45cm (1.5ft) wide and 1ft deep. Dig in plenty of organic matter. Adding lime free gravel to the base if the soil is heavy clay. The preparation can be done the month before to allow the ground to settle prior to planting. Plant at the same depth as supplied. Mulch after planting, keeping mulch away from stems. Water well for the first two years.
