Overview
Curly Parsley is an excellent herb in any garden and is also easy to grow in patio containers and on the kitchen windowsill. Its clean, fresh taste adds much to sauces, soups and salads, and it also makes an excellent garnish.
Cut parsley as required. It can be stored for up to a week in a sealed bag in the fridge. It can also remain fresh for a few days in a small vase of water.
Planting: Best grown in a rich, moist, fertile soil in full sun or partial shade. Water thoroughly before planting. Plant approx. 60cm (24ins) apart. Keep moist until established.
