Overview
An early flowering shrub with dark blue flowers that are attractive to bees and butterflies. Provides year round foliage colour and is easy to grow. Likes a sunny position.
- Planting: Plant in well-drained soil with shelter from strong winds. Add Tree and Shrub Planting Feed to aid development.
- Aspect:Â Ceanothus grow best in full sun.
- Care: Trim off dead wood and old flowers in spring using sharp secateurs. Do not hard prune. Apply a slow-release fertiliser in spring whilst the plant is still establishing.
