Overview
A notably dwarf variety with exceptionally tall fragrant flower spikes of double powdery blue flowers throughout summer. Lance shaped green leaves lightly pewdered provides a background to the flowers. Tolerant of most soils or aspects but thrives in full sun and moist but well drained soil, prune hard in spring to maintain bushy shape. Can be planted in a large container, encorporated into mixed borders or used as an informal flowering hedge.
Position: Tolerant but prefers a rich well drained site.
Pruning: Prune hard back in spring to pairs of buds before growth restarts.
