Arctostaphylos uva ursi ‘Snowcap’, known commonly as ‘Bearberry’, is an interesting creeping alpine shrub. It produces a mass of sprawling stems forming a thick carpet of growth dotted with small white flowers tinged pink in Spring followed by red berries.

Position: Suitable for  free-draining moist acid soils in partial shade but keep well watered until established.
