Caragana arborescens 'Pendula' is a small, slow-growing, weeping tree with stiffly pendulous branches.  Pea-like yellow flowers and feathery foliage are produced in spring.  Once established, this tough tree is drought resistant and copes well with poor soil and semi-shade making it a good subject for challenging areas of the garden.

Position: Suitable for a wide range of soil types including poorly drained on exposed sites.

Pruning: Hard prune after flowering to to encourage more blooms the following year.
