Snowdrop Lecture with Garden Tour

SORRY, SOLD OUT!

A special day for Galanthophiles and gardeners with a keen interest in snowdrops. We are delighted to welcome Anne Wright, owner of Dryad Nursery, as our guest lecturer for this very popular event in the Winter in Bloom programme.

‘Growing, breeding and propagating snowdrops’

Anne Wright of Dryad Nursery

In this superbly illustrated lecture, Anne shares her remarkable expertise in the cultivation of snowdrops, in particular her breeding and propagation techniques.

She draws on her considerable experience as the owner of Dryad Nursery in North Yorkshire, which is renowned for its golden bloomed and green-marked inverse poculiform snowdrops. Her Dryad Gold series of snowdrops are highly sought after, with a single bulb of Dryad Gold Ingot famously attracting a record bid of £1,166.00 on eBay.
